About delivery


Art Inspirada Galeria is responsible for delivering all works of art, always through companies known in the market such as DHL, CTT, UPS or similar, at the discretion of Art Inspirada Galeria.

We assume all shipping costs and taxes in the country of origin of the products (Portugal). However, we are not responsible for paying extra taxes after the work arrives in the destination country. For deliveries outside the Schengen area, we cannot guarantee that the work will not be held in customs at the destination country. This goes beyond our possibilities. Any costs arising from possible customs clearance must be borne by the user / buyer.

The delivery time varies from 2 to 15 working days, however, it can reach 30 days for countries outside the Schengen area. The delivery time is counted from the date of dispatch of the piece and not from the date the order was accepted.

In the event of impossibility of delivery to the address provided, the user will have the option to cancel the order or indicate an alternative delivery address. In case of not being successful in the delivery of the work, a new shipment will be subject to the payment of an additional freight.

The work must be received personally by the user who made the purchase or by the person indicated by the same.

Tracking the delivery of the order can be done through the company page hired by Art Inspirada Galeria, on the link and with the tracking code provided to the user.

About shipping responsibility

 

In addition to the responsibility of Art Inspirada Galeria, in case of any breakdown or damage, the company responsible for shipping, DHL, CTT, UPS or similar, is also entirely responsible for the work, being responsible for any damages caused. All works are insured in case of damage or loss of the product.

In case of identification of damages in the work, the user must immediately contact Art Inspirada Galeria by e-mail: info@artinspirada.com. Art Inspirada Galeria will monitor each step of the process.
