About delivery
Art Inspirada Galeria is responsible for delivering all works of art, always through companies known in the market such as DHL, CTT, UPS or similar, at the discretion of Art Inspirada Galeria.
We assume all shipping costs and taxes in the country of origin of the products (Portugal). However, we are not responsible for paying extra taxes after the work arrives in the destination country. For deliveries outside the Schengen area, we cannot guarantee that the work will not be held in customs at the destination country. This goes beyond our possibilities. Any costs arising from possible customs clearance must be borne by the user / buyer.
The delivery time varies from 2 to 15 working days, however, it can reach 30 days for countries outside the Schengen area. The delivery time is counted from the date of dispatch of the piece and not from the date the order was accepted.
In the event of impossibility of delivery to the address provided, the user will have the option to cancel the order or indicate an alternative delivery address. In case of not being successful in the delivery of the work, a new shipment will be subject to the payment of an additional freight.
The work must be received personally by the user who made the purchase or by the person indicated by the same.
Tracking the delivery of the order can be done through the company page hired by Art Inspirada Galeria, on the link and with the tracking code provided to the user.

All works are insured in case of damage or loss of the product.

Heloisa Zanaga
Born in Goiás in 1973 - graduated in Interior Design at the Nobel Arts Center. She lived in Minas Gerais and soon went to Paraná. She studied at a college of nuns. She moved to Hortolândia, at an IASP boarding school. Then he went to São Paulo, started to have more contact with art. She studied Sculpture at MUBE - Brazilian Sculpture Museum. She went to Europe for a few months to visit museums and art schools. She broadened his thoughts and wishes.
